Freshman student Dylan Schulte passed away Dec. 26 unexpectedly in his home.
Dylan was an active member of several school activities, such as Student 2 Student and band. He took every opportunity he could to help people and to meet new friends. He even made an anti-bullying page on Facebook where students could speak safely about their troubles with people who have similar situations.
Though Dylan was young, he was a large part of the church from which he lived across the street. He regularly attended youth group, helped with cameras during Sunday morning services, and went to every service project he could. Nothing made Dylan happier that to help the people around him.
It was rare to see Dylan without a smile on his face. He always had a positive attitude, no matter what he was doing. That kind of positivity was contagious, and he couldn’t seem to stop making others laugh and smile.
Dylan will be greatly missed by his friends, family and members of the church and will continue to spread his positivity through his memory.
