Senior Davie Pound scored only 3 points last night, but it turned out to be the deciding factor in a 53-51 win over the Parkview Vikings. With 5 seconds left in the game, senior Josh Pritchett passed the ball ahead to Pound, who threw up a 30 foot shot and made it. Pound was instantly swarmed by his teammates and classmates. Pound was ecstatic when he saw the ball fall through the net.

“When the ball went in, I was pumped, and celebrating with my teammates and fans was great,” Pound states.

The Bulldogs are now 18-1 and 5-0 in conference play and will take a trip down to Camdenton and take on the Lakers on Friday.
