Rolla’s winter sports have began and the team’s are staying very active.

The Rolla Wrestling team traveled to Owensville to take on hosts Owensville Dutchmen and the Washington Blue Jays. The Bulldogs took down Washington 36-31 and then demolished Owensville 72-6. Rolla moves to 3-0 on the year, and will be competing in the Neosho tournament this Saturday.

The girls basketball team is currently 1-2, after taking down Columbia Hickman, and falling to Sullivan and Jefferson City. The Lady Bulldogs will be traveling down I-44 to take on conference opponent, Springfield Central.

The boys basketball team is sitting at 1-0 after blowing out Salem. The Bulldogs will be competing in the Republic Invitational starting Thursday night and ending Saturday afternoon. Rolla’s opponent in the opening round will be the Springdale Bulldogs (AR).
