Powderpuff Football coming soon
This fall marks the second year in a row that Rolla High School has had a Powder Puff Football game. Junior Brittany Miller is in charge of this year’s game.
“Powder Puff is a leadership event. It is a game of flag football between a team of juniors and seniors. It will be held on November 6th from 6:30 PM-8:30 PM on the Rolla Turf Field” said Miller.
There will be 15 members on each team. The Senior class is going to try to defend their title of Powder Puff Champs. Seniors Kyle Morris, Evan Voight and Keegan Chrisco will be coaching the Senior team, while Juniors Jacob Cunningham, Xaviar Douglas and Kevin Casados will be coaching the Junior Team. Admission to the turf will be three dollars. Senior Hannah Pritchett is excited to play Powder Puff for the first time this year.
“I am excited to play powder Puff. I didn’t get to play last year so hopefully this year I can help seniors defend the title of Powder Puff Champs,” Pritchett said.
