Homecoming Spirit Week is upon us
With Homecoming just around the corner, advisory classes are starting to decorate their doorways for the annual Homecoming door decorating contest. In addition to the door decorating contest, students are showing their spirit by dressing somewhat abnormally.
Monday, is floral and mismatched clothing, Tuesday is camouflage, Wednesday is class distinction, and Thursday is Bulldog Pride. Classes are not in session on Friday. For class distinction seniors wear yellow, juniors green, sophomores purple, and faculty blue.
Several advisories have decorated their doors. Ones that have particularly stood out include Sociology teacher Sam Kaysinger’s, Librarian Jessie Kirkbride’s, and FACS teacher Jamie Cantrell’s. The winner will be announced Thursday at the pep assembly which will take place seventh hour and will begin with dismissal by the RHS Drumline.
